Responsibilities:
Working with Client Accounts:
- Complete the research for all of the new clients (website, social media, products & offers) to get knowledgeable about clients needs
- Working with clients on a day to day activities for the account they manage
- Get familiar with clients scope of work and act daily on all of the open tasks
- Plans the calendar at end of the month including holidays in advance for social media event promotion
- Show clients that you do research and understand their business needs.
- Proactively engaging with clients

Branding:
- Together with graphic designers create a branding strategy. Create branding sheet guides for each of the clients
- Make changes to the existing branding sheet guides as per client requests
- Work together with the client and the graphic designer to always have the up to date branding strategy and design
Google My Business:
- Create a new listing for the client’s Google My Business
- Manage, grow reviews and GMB local SEO
- Create weekly posts and enhance listing engagement
- Adding a clear call to the action area allows people to contact you right away
- Monitor and respond to all reviews
- Establish Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and measure actionable metrics
- Monitoring and Reporting of performance (Monthly Reports)
Engagement and Growth:
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” while creating brand awareness

- Create the best strategy and design for the social media content creation
- Research and use optimized high-quality stock photography/images (stories, memes, polls, reels)
- Create compelling captions, motion graphics, logo branded images focused on building brand recognition
Analytics:
- On a monthly basis create social media reports for all of the platforms that you are managing. Get all of the reports approved with the CEO before the reports get sent out.
- Review the social media reports and come up with recommendations on what needs to improve in order to increase views, engagement etc
- Metrics measurements that need to be tracked and reported on:
- Audience growth, followers, shares, insights, etc.
- Comments, Likes, Shares, @mentions, insights, etc.
- If the client’s social media is not improving then the content may not be working.
Project Management:
- Weekly updates to CEO on the status of all of the tasks assigned for each project
- Manage all of the client’s tasks and follow up items in the Project Management tracking tool
- Attend team meetings to discuss weekly tasks and priorities
